This picture is a good example of the great depression because it shows how little the people had. They are wearing little clothing and are very dirt. The clothing they do have is also dirty and appears that they are very old. There six people in the small room together with little furniture or decorations. From what I can see the family is very poor.

I can learn about how involved people were, they all wanted to make things right and were doing everything in their power to try and ignite a change. They even got children involved.

I wonder what happened after this, if it had any effect or not.

From what I can see, inside a house, most likely their house.

I can learn how stressful this time period was for people. This woman has her sons hugging her. Normally, a mother would be joyful, instead, she looks distracted and distraught.
